  • Scissors
  • A darning needle

Abbreviations to know

  • Sl St- slip stitch
  • St- stitch

  • SC- Single Crochet
  • DC- double crochet

Pattern

Round 3- Two colors (Red and White for me)

Still working on parts of the heart, but we’ll be adding your second color in (white) for this round.

  • Ch 3, 2 DC into the corner, ch 2
  • F/O with the red, attach 2nd color (white)
  • (Beginner Tip- Don’t know how to switch colors in the middle of a row? Before cutting the red loose, attach the white inside the loop and keep working! Cut red later. (Shown below)

  • Attach red, 3 DC in the corner, ch 2, 3 more DC in the same corner
  • Ch 2

  • Attach white, 3 DC in the corner, ch 2, 3 more DC in the same corner
  • Ch 2

  • Ch 2
  • Attach red, 3 DC, ch 2
